We are the home of the DEADLANDZ UK Project Zomboid SERVER. We provide a long lease, stable 32 Slot UK based PvP focused server.

Players limited to 3x Safe houses/personal builds (built plots for custom builds)

Plot builds ae limited to 25x25 squares

Players are alloted 4x personal vehicles (protected)

No safehouses on/in POI/High loot locations or spawn zones

PvP is enabled - trust no one!

All bases are raidable if players can get in.

No duping/exploiting bugs

Clean up after yourself: Remove trash and empty sacked loot containers so new items can respawn properly.

Leave public loot containers in tact: Do not dismantle sinks, toilets, or large commercial refrigerators for carpentry XP, as this stops vital water/item systems from functioning.

All admin/support requests to be made via website/Discord server.

No PvP in the ADMIN TRADER zone.
